There is currently an attached home in Sunrise Ridge. This home is a ranch-style, patio home. The other homes in Sunrise Ridge and Westwoods are priced between $434,000 – $1,200,000 with an average price per square foot of $143 (total square feet). If you remove the highest and lowest price per square foot the average price per square foot goes to $138.91. This is more in line with the last three months sold average of $126.
December is known to be one of the slower month but the Westwoods/Sunrise Ridge area had good activity and I see it getting busier with the new year. There is currently about 2 – 2.5 months of inventory on the market. I see this rate of supply staying steady even with more activity in the coming months.
